Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using lunr.pro or any LunrPro plugins. By accessing our website or downloading, installing, or using any LunrPro plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our site or plugins.

1. Who We Are

LunrPro ("LunrPro," "we," "us," or "our") operates lunr.pro and publishes WordPress plugins that extend Gravity Forms functionality. References to "you" or "user" mean any person or entity that accesses our site or uses our plugins.

2. Our Plugins

2.1 Free plugins

LunrPro publishes free plugins through the WordPress.org plugin directory. Free plugins are provided under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPL-2.0+), consistent with WordPress core licensing. You may use, copy, modify, and distribute free plugins under the terms of that license.

Free plugins are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. See Section 9 for full disclaimer.

2.2 Pro plugins

Certain plugins offer a paid "Pro" version with additional features ("Pro License"). Pro Licenses are sold through Freemius, our licensing platform. Purchase of a Pro License constitutes a separate agreement with Freemius in addition to these Terms.

A Pro License grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to:

  • Install and activate the Pro plugin on the number of sites permitted by your license tier
  • Receive updates and bug fixes for the duration of your active subscription or license term
  • Access priority support as described in Section 6

A Pro License does not grant you the right to:

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Pro plugin to third parties
  • Share your license key publicly or allow others to use it
  • Use the plugin on more sites than your license tier permits

2.3 License tiers and site limits

License tier details, pricing, and site limits are displayed at the point of purchase and on the relevant plugin page at lunr.pro. LunrPro reserves the right to update pricing for new purchases at any time. Existing active subscriptions will not have their pricing changed mid-term without 30 days' notice.

2.4 Updates

We provide updates to our plugins as development continues. Updates for free plugins are distributed through WordPress.org. Updates for Pro plugins are distributed through the Freemius update system. We do not guarantee a specific update schedule or that any particular feature will be added.

3. Purchases and Billing

3.1 Payment processing

All payments for Pro Licenses are processed by Freemius. LunrPro does not store your credit card or full billing details. By making a purchase, you also agree to Freemius's Terms of Service.

3.2 Subscription licenses

Where Pro Licenses are offered on a subscription basis, your license will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel your subscription through the Freemius account portal.

3.3 Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Pro License purchases. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your original purchase date, contact us at lunr.pro/contact for a full refund. Refund requests made after 30 days are handled at our discretion.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Renewals of annual subscriptions where the renewal has already processed and more than 30 days have passed
  • Licenses that have been used to actively build or power a production site and are being refunded solely to avoid payment

3.4 Taxes

Prices displayed are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, VAT, or other taxes in your jurisdiction. Freemius handles tax collection where required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our site or plugins to:

  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
  • Transmit malicious code, viruses, or any software intended to damage or interfere with any system
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our site, servers, or any related systems
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any Pro plugin component that is not already distributed as open source
  • Use our plugins in a way that violates the terms of any third-party service they integrate with, including Gravity Forms

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Free plugin code

Free plugins are licensed under GPL-2.0+. The source code for free plugins is publicly available on WordPress.org and/or GitHub.

5.2 Pro plugin code

The additional code that constitutes the "Pro" functionality of any plugin — beyond the free core — is proprietary. You may not redistribute, resell, or publish the Pro-specific source code without explicit written permission from LunrPro.

5.3 Site content and branding

The LunrPro name, logo, and site content (text, design, graphics) are the property of LunrPro. You may not use our name or branding in any way that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without our written consent. You may refer to LunrPro and our plugins by name for factual, informational purposes (e.g., in tutorials, reviews, or documentation).

6. Support

6.1 Free plugin support

Support for free plugins is provided on a best-effort basis through the WordPress.org support forum for each plugin. We do not guarantee response times or resolution for free plugin support.

6.2 Pro license support

Pro License holders may submit support requests through the contact form at lunr.pro/contact. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Pro support covers:

  • Configuration questions related to the plugin
  • Bug reports and confirmed defects
  • Guidance on Pro features

Pro support does not cover:

  • Custom development or modification requests
  • Issues caused by third-party plugins, themes, or hosting environments that are not directly related to our plugin
  • General WordPress or Gravity Forms questions unrelated to our plugin

6.3 Support scope

LunrPro plugins are designed to work with standard WordPress installations running a current or recent version of Gravity Forms. We cannot guarantee compatibility with every theme, plugin, or hosting configuration. We will make reasonable efforts to diagnose and resolve compatibility issues but cannot be held responsible for conflicts caused by third-party software.

7. Third-Party Services and Dependencies

Our plugins are designed to extend Gravity Forms, a third-party product. LunrPro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of Rocketgenius, Inc. (the maker of Gravity Forms). A valid Gravity Forms license is required to use LunrPro plugins — that license is your responsibility to obtain and maintain.

LunrPro also integrates with Freemius for licensing and updates. Use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service.

8. Modifications to Plugins and Terms

8.1 Plugin changes

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or deprecate any plugin or feature at any time. For Pro plugins, we will provide at least 90 days' notice before discontinuing a plugin or removing a significant Pro feature. In the event of discontinuation, we will offer a prorated refund for any remaining subscription term.

8.2 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on our site and updating the "Last updated" date above. For Pro License holders, we will also send an email notification at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of our plugins or site after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LUNRPRO PROVIDES ALL PLUGINS AND SERVICES "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • OUR PLUGINS WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
  • OUR PLUGINS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE
  • ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED
  • OUR PLUGINS WILL BE COMPATIBLE WITH ALL VERSIONS OF WORDPRESS, GRAVITY FORMS, OR ANY OTHER SOFTWARE

YOU ASSUME ALL RISK FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEMS, WEBSITES, OR DATA LOSS THAT RESULTS FROM YOUR USE OF OUR PLUGINS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LUNRPRO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM:

  • YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR PLUGINS OR SITE
  • ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA
  • ANY BUGS, ERRORS, OR INACCURACIES IN OUR PLUGINS
  • ANY OTHER MATTER RELATED TO OUR PLUGINS OR SITE

IN ANY CASE, LUNRPRO'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR PLUGINS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LUNRPRO IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIABILITY. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LunrPro and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of our plugins or site in violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any applicable law or third-party right
  • Any content or data you process through our plugins

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which LunrPro is based, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our plugins that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

You waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration related to LunrPro or our plugins.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

13. Termination

LunrPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Pro License services if you:

  • Violate these Terms, particularly Section 4 (Acceptable Use) or Section 2.2 (Pro License restrictions)
  • Initiate a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us
  • Engage in behavior that is abusive toward LunrPro staff

In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued. In the event we terminate your access for reasons other than cause, we will issue a prorated refund for any unused subscription period.

You may terminate your use of our services at any time by canceling your Pro License subscription through the Freemius portal and ceasing use of our plugins.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy (lunr.pro/privacy-policy) and any order confirmation from Freemius, constitute the entire agreement between you and LunrPro regarding our plugins and services, and supersede all prior agreements or understandings on the same subject.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
