This Privacy Policy explains how LunrPro ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit lunr.pro, use our WordPress plugins, or contact us. By using our site or plugins, you agree to the practices described here.

We are based in the United States. This policy is written to comply with applicable U.S. privacy law. If you are visiting from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.


1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide directly

Contact form submissions
When you use the contact form on our site, we collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry.

Email newsletter
If you subscribe to our mailing list, we collect your email address and, optionally, your name. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

Pro license purchases
When you purchase any type of license, payment and billing are handled entirely by Freemius, our licensing and payment platform. LunrPro does not collect or store your credit card number or full billing details. Freemius may collect your name, email address, and payment information as part of processing your order. 1.2 Information collected automatically

Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This may collect information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and time spent on pages. This data is aggregated and used to improve the site. Google Analytics may use cookies to collect this information. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

WordPress.org plugin analytics
Downloads and active install counts for our free plugins are tracked by WordPress.org as part of their standard plugin directory analytics. We have read-only access to aggregated statistics. WordPress.org handles this data independently — see the WordPress.org Privacy Policy for details.

1.3 Plugin data (ReEntry for Gravity Forms)

Our plugins run on your WordPress site and process data on your server — not ours. ReEntry for Gravity Forms stores tokenized return links and, optionally, anonymized access logs (last octet of IP addresses is zeroed) in your WordPress database. We do not have access to your WordPress database or any data collected through the plugin on your site.


2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to contact form submissions and support requests
  • Send newsletters and product update emails (only if you subscribed)
  • Process and manage Pro license purchases via Freemius
  • Analyze site traffic to improve content and user experience
  • Monitor plugin download statistics to guide development priorities
  • Maintain the security and functionality of the site

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.


3. How We Share Your Information

We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

Service providers
We work with third-party services that may process your data on our behalf:

  • Freemius — license management and payment processing for Pro plugins
  • Google Analytics — website analytics
  • WordPress.org — free plugin distribution and download tracking
  • Email service provider — delivery of newsletter and transactional emails

Business transfers

Unsubscribe from emails
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also contact us directly to be removed from our list.

Request access or deletion
You may contact us at any time to:

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information

We will respond to requests within 30 days. To make a request, use the contact form at lunr.pro/contact.

Opt out of analytics
You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by configuring your browser to block cookies from google-analytics.com.

Do Not Track
Our site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals from browsers.


6. Children's Privacy

LunrPro is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.


7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. These include HTTPS encryption on all pages, access controls on any stored data, and using reputable third-party processors (Freemius, Google) for sensitive operations like payments.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. While we work to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.


8. Third-Party Links

Our site and plugins may link to third-party websites, including WordPress.org, Gravity Forms, and GitHub. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.


9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will post a notice on the site or notify subscribers by email. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
